Updated Shipping Policy

As an online store, Magic Boutique makes two consolidated orders a month to our US supplier. This process is to pass on savings directly to you, our valued customer, and to ensure you do not have to wait too long for your orders to reach you.

As a standard practice, orders are submitted every second and last TUESDAY of each month at 11:59pm (Singapore time/ +8 GMT).

Please make your orders/ payments to Magic Boutique before these bi-monthly deadlines. Only orders that have been completely paid for upon check out will be processed accordingly.

Standard Shipping (Singapore Orders)
Orders will be shipped to you within 15 days for local orders. You may choose to register your package(s) for tracking.

Priority Shipping (Singapore Orders)
Besides our typical bi-monthly order schedules, Magic Boutique now offers you same-business-day shipping for an additional US$11 priority fee, on top of regular shipping fees from our US magic warehouse, if you need your stuff in a hurry! Orders will reach you within 3 - 5 working days.

Speedpost Shipping (Overseas Orders)
Overseas Speedpost shipping will be shipped within 15 days. However, orders for J C Sum's illusion books & Magic Boutique exclusives are shipped within 3 working days. J C's books not available in Singapore & Malaysia. Speedpost packages will be shipped out with a tracking number.

Self-collection (Singapore Orders)
You may also choose to self-collect your order when it arrives in Singapore. If you choose this option, we will arrange an appointment for you to self collect your order from the the Magic Boutique office (open Mon-Fri, 11am-6:30pm) located at 627A Aljunied Rd #09-03 Biztech Centre S(389842).


HOW TO ORDER

Before you order, you can choose to sign up for a free Magic Boutique customer account online and receive your FREE LIFETIME UNLIMITED 10% DISCOUNT on all orders except products from the “Exclusives”, “J C Sum Illusion Store” and “Shows/ Events” categories. This discount is not applicable on shipping fees or store vouchers.

There are two main options for making payment upon checkout:

Ordering with Paypal/ Credit Card

Step 1: Just follow the simple steps of our secured shopping cart system to make your order and check out accordingly.

Step 2: Follow the instructions to pay by PayPal or Credit Card. You will receive an automated confirmation email from PayPal once your payment is successfully processed. Subsequently, we will process the order and you will receive an email update from Magic Boutique with 2 business days.

Ordering with Internet Banking/ ATM Fund Transfer

Step 1:  Just follow the simple steps of our secured shopping cart system to make your order and check out accordingly.

Step 2: Choose the payment option of paying by Internet Banking/ ATM Fund Transfer and complete your order.

Step 3:  You will receive an automated email response from Magic Boutique with your order details and the status of your order will be reflected as “PENDING”. Also included in this email will be Magic Boutique’s bank account details including Bank and Account Number.

Step 4: Make payment for your order by Internet Banking or ATM Funds Transfer to Magic Boutique’s Bank Account as soon as you can.

Step 5: Once payment is made, send us an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with the following info, in the following format:

If you made payment for multiple separate orders, simply separate the order invoice number with a comma as follows:

Upon receipt of your email and payment, Magic Boutique will email you within 48hours with an acknowledgement and the status of your order will be updated as “CONFIRMED”.

Please note: Your order will be processed only when we have received full payment.
